Can't wait to hear Mindy sing live and in person.  She's got the voice of an angel--is it possibly to be breathy, sultry and angelic at the same time?   Cuz she is and I find her quite adorable in the most cool of ways.  I listened to her new ablum, Anchor, a ton on my drive to Utah and back.  Mindy's songs are beautiful; the album makes me laugh, it makes me cry and it makes me think.  What more could you ask for in your music?

Luna was so excited to learn that Mindy would be running in Shun the Sun's 5K (and filming for her upcoming video for the song Whole Wide World there) that she talked me into signing up to run that 5K at her side.  And once StarGirl got wind of this she determined she too would be running 3.1 miles that morning as well.  So mom will have her first Mother/Daughter(s) race this Saturday.
