Celebrating Six, Hawaiian Style

Dearest Ruby June Bugs,

Happiest of Birthdays to you!
I can't tell you how glad I am that you were born.
It was so fun to hear your daddy tell you about that most special of days
and remember how we got to visit you at the hospital when you were only a day old.
And now you're 6 and I get to do the hula with you?!
This is really making my day!

There's this movie that says that every time a bell rings an angel gets its wings,
but really, what they mean to say is "every time a bell rings or every time Ruby giggles,
an angel gets its wings".
Anyway, I'm certain that ZuZu meant to say it that way.

I hope all kids with a St. Patty's Birthday can
be as lucky as we are to have you around!

May all your birthday wishes come true!
Sure love ya,

Aunt Becky

What lovely food and cake. I'm very impressed. The name Ruby is absolutely darling. I must say I am jealous you have so much family closeby. You're so lucky.

Anne Marie, Ruby is absolutely darling in name and in person! She was visiting from Oregon. . . I wish she lived closer!

Didn't Jill do an amazing job on that decorating job? Love those waves! And Savanna made our hula dancer. So cute I can hear the ocean waves breaking on the shore!

Cute party Beck! You need to come to Utah a little early and throw my Birthday Party, because no one does it quite like you!
And tell Savanna I'm very impressed with her hula girl!

Becky, I really am so amazed by you and Richard and how you truely are such examples in everything you do. I know kind of a random comment. But life as you know it is crazy! and I love pondering about families that really do have it together, and that there spirit is so strong every time you are around them, even if it is not enough. I know it sounds blah, blah.

Any ways, beautiful party for Ruby, just so fun, I am sure she was in heavan, and will remember it always.
