Being really sick is the pitts. You just wish you could make it all better without having to wait. I much prefer the kid kind of owies, the ones that heal so nicely with a cute bandaid and a kiss from mom (one for each year of your life works really well with the preschool set).
I am disinfecting the living daylights out of the house, but I still fear there's some door knob or light switch I've missed.
I am trying to do all I can to make him comfortable and getting him a lot of his favorite treats. He's been laughing at me (in between achey moans and hideous coughs) because every time I go to the store I come home with something mango flavored to make him feel better. Sliced mangos, mango pudding, etc. I finally switched to lemon sorbet instead of mango just to avoid his laughter (But I know he likes mango better!)
I miss you, my happy healthy husband but until he returns, we're gonna take good care of you.

Poor Rich! IT sounds like you are being a good wife. Jeff always complains I'm not sympathetic enough when he is sick.
I always want to get Brian food treats when he's sick too. Did mom do that for us? I hope Rich is feeling better.
hope Rich is getting better and that no one else gets it!
Oh goodness, sounds serious. I hope he feels better soon. He probably will with such a helpful loving accomodating wife.
Check out the you tube video called "Man Flue" it will cheer up even the termanily ill.
