Ummmm. . . .the food was divine.
May have been the yummiest home made meal I've had all year. Likely.
We went and visited Grandpa's newly lain headstone in the afternoon that day. I am so thankful for our heritage and the very good people who've gone before me. And Mr. Handsome & I made plans to have a giant shared headstone someday (. . .when that far away day of departure finally comes. . .)
It was very romantic, actually! Seriously, stop teasing me now!

I need to post my pictures... maybe tomorrow! Your food looks so yummy.
It was a lovely weekend. Glad to see you are still alive :)
glad you're posting again becky!
The meal looks so delightful. I love how you and your man were talking about a giant shared headstone. I don't think it strange at all! In fact, I decided years ago that Jared and I should take up reckless racecar driving in our old, old age...so when we "go", we go together. Glad you're here. I hear ya about blogging. Who would have thunk how crazy life could get with older kids? Wishing you well.
I love you saying rootin tootin.
I actually did a few posts this week as well, ya for blogging again! Looks all so lovely, sad we couldn't have been together but I'm excited for Christmas!
